• Improve platform performance, diagnose technical issues, and enhance user experience.

We only send SMS messages to users who have explicitly opted in. Consent is collected through a clearly labeled, unchecked checkbox on our contact form. The verbatim text of that consent, along with a timestamp and your IP address, is stored in our records and retained for a minimum of 4 years.

You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You may also contact us at support@viraluxstudios.com. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use our services.

Message frequency varies based on your account configuration. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.
